Our products can be cleaned and disinfected by “spray and wipe” method because they have no raised surfaces. There is no need to rinse or submerge them. Before wiping the keyboard the CLEAN key can be pressed to prevent unwanted key input. After the process the keyboard can be activated by pressing the CLEAN key again.
We use white silicone rubber to ease cleaning and provide a better look.

- How to pair a wireless keyboard?
Within 10 seconds of the USB dongle being re- inserted to the PC. Press and hold the Control key, then the ALT Key, finally the letter P key. You will see a flashing LED, indicating the pairing function. After a maxium of 60 seconds the keyboard should be paired. To check that the batteries are working well, press the Clean Button and the Green LED will light. IF you see no LED, change or check the batteries for + - correct fitting. - How to pair a wireless mouse?
Locate the Mouse USB dongle that is plugged into the PC. Follow the following instructions for dongles labeled PMS01. If you have a PMS02 dongle then call the office for further support.
PMS01 users need to unplug the USB dongle and have the battery compartment open. Then within 10 seconds of plugging the dongle into the PC, press down the right mouse click along with the small black switch, located at the top of the battery opening. The mouse LED will blink and the pairing should be complete. Replace the battery cover and the operation is complete. For more support call 01438 230 037.
- Want to test your mouse batteries?
Press and hold both the left and right hand click buttons together and view the base of the mouse. You will either see a green LED, which indicates good battery life or a red LED meaning it will be time to replace the batteries shortly.

If you have received a new USB dongle for you keyboard it has to be paired before you can use it.
Instructions:
Check if the batteries are OK and installed the right way by pressing the clean switch on the
keyboard. If the green light flashes the batteries are OK and you can press the clean switch again to
turn them off.
Install the new USB dongle in a free USB port, place the keyboard close to the computer and press
the keys: CONTROL + ALT + P all three together. The green pair light on the keyboard will flash for a
few seconds and the keyboard should be ready for use.
If pairing fails you can try another USB port on the computer or check the support section on
www.purekeys.com
